| Sales price | As shown on each product page, in Japanese yen. |
| Charges other than the product price |
Shipping: standard delivery is free. Paid options you can choose at checkout:
The yen amount depends on the exchange rate; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Import consumption tax and customs duties: these may be charged by the carrier on delivery and are paid by the customer. Redelivery: if a parcel comes back to us (incomplete or incorrect address, refused, or not collected from the pickup point), we send it again once a redelivery fee of €9 (or the equivalent in yen) is paid. |
| Payment methods | Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. The methods available for your order are shown at checkout. |
| Time of payment | Payment is charged when your order is confirmed. For cards, the date the amount is debited from your account depends on your card issuer's terms. |
| Delivery time | Every order placed on a working day is dispatched the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays leave on the first working day that follows. Due to high demand, delivery takes 7–15 working days after dispatch. Occasionally a parcel takes a little longer than expected, most often because of the carrier or customs. |
| Returns and exchanges (return policy) |
90-day size guarantee: if your tank top does not fit, tell us within 90 days of delivery and we send you a new size free of charge, with nothing to send back. The guarantee applies once per order; a sizing issue is solved by an exchange, not a refund. It does not cover items marked "end of line" or items damaged by improper care (tumble dryer, bleach, hot wash). Defective, damaged or wrong item: contact us within 90 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the problem and a short explanation. Once the problem is confirmed, we send a replacement or refund you, at our cost. In most cases, there is nothing to send back. Other returns (change of mind): write to us within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a few words about the situation; we reply with the best solution (size change, replacement, refund or other). Every return must be approved by our team before it is sent: an item returned without prior agreement can be neither accepted nor refunded. The item must be unworn and in its original condition, and sent with a tracked service. The return postage for a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer. Cancelling before dispatch: as long as the parcel has not been handed to the carrier, we can cancel the order and refund you in full. How to request: e-mail contact@myfrinta.com with your order number. Refunds: made to the payment method used for the order, usually within 5 to 10 working days of approval. |
| Cancellation of application / cooling-off | As this is a mail-order (distance) sale, the cooling-off system does not apply. Returns follow the return policy above. |
